Terms & Conditions:

Deposit
A deposit representing the 1st night is required when confirming your booking. This will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation
Loss of deposit in the event of cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival, within 48 hours 100% of total booking value.

Corporate Tariff
Cancellations made without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the arrival date will be subject to one night’s accommodation charge.

Minimum & maximum number of guests per room
Twin and double bedded rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests (including children). Twin and double rooms with an extra bed accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child (aged under12). Family rooms and suites accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children). Please note that bookings for more than the maximum number of guests will not be accepted. Where a bedroom is under-occupied we reserve the right to charge a supplement or to adjust the room type to reflect the number of guests booked.
The balcony bedrooms are exclusive to adults only. No bookings can be made for children or cots.

Special room requests
Whilst we will make every effort to meet your request, we regret it is not possible to guarantee the reservation of a particular room.

It is important to have adequate insurance for your stay in Jersey. Please check that your policy is valid.
