Flexible Meeting Rooms
With our selection of flexible meeting rooms catering from 8 to 264 delegates, we provide the perfect facilities for bespoke conference and incentive programmes.
All rooms are fully air conditioned and come equipped with the following complimentary items:
Pads and pens, mints and mineral water, 2 x flipcharts, 6ft projection screen and wireless internet.
We also have a fully equipped Business Centre, which is offered on a complimentary basis to organisers of events depending on availability. This office is conveniently located next to the Reception foyer.
The Corbiere Room allows for flexibility of seating styles and staging areas be it for a dinner or use as a meeting room. It has natural daylight although full blackout is achievable at the touch of a button.
The Golden Room provides a luxurious venue for meetings or for private dining. With natural daylight and blackout facility, the Golden Room is linked to the Sorel Lounge and Beauport Room by a light and spacious foyer area.
The Golden Room also has doors opening out on the Corbiere Terrace which is available for pre-dinner drinks or refreshment breaks.
