It’s so easy to get caught up in our busy lives. As we rush around, trying to tick everything off our ‘to-do’ lists, we sometimes forget what it’s like to slow down, take a deep breath and relax. We simply don’t realise how much tension we’re carrying in our shoulders or how shallow our breath has become. We just put up with a sore lower back or tight hamstrings and carry on in the whirlwind of our lives.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. A regular yoga practice can help you stretch, strengthen and let go of tension. By linking the breath to each movement, it can help create space in your body and in your mind. Yoga invites you to pause, slow down and take the time to feel good in your body.
