Hotel de France, Jersey Channel Islands

Fine dining with an Indian accent

Saffrons

Saffrons is a fine dining A la Carte restaurant that offers ‘dining with a difference’. Indian spice is of the essence of our cooking, but it is not hot as is expected with most Indian cuisine. Instead spices are used to enhance the flavour of the food, not conceal it. We call it ‘Fine dining with an Indian accent’.

Our award winning internationally trained chefs have a real passion and flare for culinary creativeness. With each dish, you are presented with a perfectly balanced blend of East meets West by a concept that is based on modern European cooking techniques, Indian spices and traditional Indian dishes. We also pride ourselves on using the best of Jersey produce.

The flavour of our cuisine is not masked in hot sauce or heavy garnish, as is often associated with this style of cuisine. Instead, the fresh flavours and subtle textures allow for lighter healthier meals, therefore encouraging wellness and wellbeing into our diet.

Saffrons Restaurant has been styled to reflect the luxurious and rich colour of Saffron, the precious spice which the restaurant is named after. The sophisticated yet relaxed ambience is complemented by extensive wine and cocktails menus, plus a 5 star service from Restaurant Manager Laurentiu and his team.

Please feel free to browse our choice of menus and book online. We look forward to seeing you soon!
