Yoga for all abilities
Ayush Yoga classes run from 45 minutes to 1 hour and are available for new comers to experienced practioners of all abilities. Yoga classes are gentle and operate in a non-competitive and relaxed environment. Lead by expert Yoga intructors, we encourage participants to take part at their own pace, regardless of age or fitness levels.
Yoga, originally a Hindu discipline, is an ancient practice that comprises of a sequence of different postures, movements, stretching and breathing techniques. Yoga has been proven to benefit flexibility, balance, posture, bone structure, muscle strength and blood circulation in addition to relaxing the mind, body and spirit; creating energy, strength and mental clarity.

Yoga classes only – £12 per person per class.
Book a block of 8 classes at £10 per class.

Relaxing swim before your class?
Extra £15 per class to use the Spa Facilities; Infinity pool, massage pool, hot and cold pools, steam room and sauna.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you reserve your place as soon as possible as spaces are limited due to group exclusivity.
