Ayush Yoga classes run from 45 minutes to 1 hour and are available for new comers to experienced practioners of all abilities. Yoga classes are gentle and operate in a non-competitive and relaxed environment. Lead by expert Yoga intructors, we encourage participants to take part at their own pace, regardless of age or fitness levels.
Yoga, originally a Hindu discipline, is an ancient practice that comprises of a sequence of different postures, movements, stretching and breathing techniques. Yoga has been proven to benefit flexibility, balance, posture, bone structure, muscle strength and blood circulation in addition to relaxing the mind, body and spirit; creating energy, strength and mental clarity.
Whether your goal is stress reduction or aligning your body with your deeper energy and concentration, our Yoga classes will support your inner movement towards a greater harmony and balance.
