Ayush Yoga classes are 1.5 hours in duration and are available for new comers to experienced practitioners of all abilities. Yoga classes are gentle and operate in a non-competitive and relaxed environment. Led by expert Yoga instructors, we encourage participants to take part at their own pace, regardless of age or fitness levels.
Yoga, originally a Hindu discipline, is an ancient practice that comprises of a sequence of different postures, movements, stretching and breathing techniques.
