The Candidate – 5yrs Residency is Essential

 We are looking for an ambitious experienced and enthusiastic individual to become part of our Breakfast kitchen team. 

Duties will include combing culinary and supervisory skills to deliver the efficient service of breakfast, day-to-day running of the section in compliance with Hotel de France policies and procedures, ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean.

Qualifications and Experience

Cookery qualifications to NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent and basic food hygiene (CIEH Level 2) are essential.

 The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years culinary experience within an international large 4/5* Hotel to Chef de Partie level and previous experience in banqueting / breakfast service.

You will be responsible for breakfast preparation, service and buffet replenishing and presentation.

The Candidate – 5yrs Residency is Essential

 We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to help lead and become part of our kitchen team. 

Duties will include developing the pastry offering and learning / training with new recipes, daily preparation and presentation of food and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean.      

Qualifications and Experience

Cookery qualifications to NVQ level 3/4 or equivalent and basic food hygiene (CIEH Level 2) are essential (CIEH Level 3) desirable.

 Have a good knowledge of HAACP and be able to maintain an excellent standard of food safety within the department

Previous similar experience and a solid work history – at least 2 years within a large 4/5* Hotel or 2/3+ rosette restaurant to Sous Chef level – are essential requirements.

This position requires a good level of English, good communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

Spa Attendant – 5 yrs Residency Essential

 The Candidate
The renowned Ayush Spa is looking for a courteous, friendly and motivated individual to join the team.

You will be outgoing, keen to take on new challenges and committed to providing a professional service to our guests.

Reporting to the Spa Manager, duties will include ensuring the pool area is manned at peak times, providing guests with information about the pool, gym and the spa in a friendly and professional manner. Ensuring all areas are kept clean. Good level of spoken French is an advantage.

A good level of general physical fitness is required.

Qualifications

Pool Lifeguard qualification desirable, but not essential, candidates with the right attitude and personality will be considered and trained for this role. Candidates will be required to take a Pool Emergency Responder course and preference will be given to those already holding this qualification.

Experience
At least 1 year work experience in a similar role is required.
