Jersey
Jersey
Travelling to our delightful island has never been easier. Jersey nestles between England and France, which means you can fly here in under an hour from over 20 great value regional UK airports or sail by fast ferry. If travelling from Europe, there are regular connecting flights from most London airports or just over an hour on the ferry from the port of St Malo in France.
Although only 9 miles by 5 miles in size, Jersey has an exceptionally varied geography: Dramatic cliffs in the North, offshore reefs in the East, sweeping bays in the South, and wind swept sand dunes in the West give way to a diverse range of entertainment, activities, cuisine and culture all within easy reach.
If the great outdoors is your thing – why not enjoy the fresh sea air? With stunning countryside, cliff paths and miles of sandy beaches, you’ll rarely find more variety so close by. For those with a penchant for all things energetic not only can you experience beautiful surroundings but a surprising range of activities from abseiling to surfing. Heritage lovers will not be disappointed either – Jersey has a unique history and outstanding sites of interest from Neolithic burial chambers to Napoleonic pre-Martello Towers.
Whatever atmosphere you are seeking, we are sure our idyllic island of Jersey can provide something to inspire you.
