Celebrate the spectacular Jersey International Air Display in style with a specially curated Afternoon Tea at La Terrasse. Indulge in delicate sandwiches, warm scones and exquisite patisseries, all served with breathtaking views and timeless tradition. We also provide live streaming of the air display to enjoy during your visit.

Patisseries

• The Great British Jaffa Cake:

  Soft sponge biscuit base, tangy orange and smooth dark chocolate.

• Summer Pudding Miniature with Jersey Cream

  A classic bread pudding soaked in British summer berry juices, topped with whipped Jersey cream.

• Traditional Lemon Curd & Raspberry Roulade

  Rolled sponge with lemon curd, cream cheese and fresh raspberries.
