Celebrate Liberation Day at Hotel de France with a specially curated Afternoon Tea at La Terrasse, honouring this significant moment in Jersey’s history in elegant surroundings.

Our Liberation Afternoon Tea brings together a thoughtful selection of handcrafted patisseries, delicate finger sandwiches and freshly baked scones, prepared using the finest ingredients. Expect traditional favourites such as Wiltshire ham with English mustard, roast sirloin of beef with watercress mayonnaise and classic cream cheese with cucumber, alongside sweet delights including Bakewell tartlet, summer pudding with Jersey cream and a rhubarb fool with ginger fairings.

Freshly baked plain and sultana scones are served warm with clotted cream, preserves and lemon curd, accompanied by your choice of loose-leaf tea or filter coffee.

Priced at £24 per person, or £30 including sparkling wine, it is a refined way to mark this important day - gathering with family and friends to reflect, celebrate and enjoy a timeless tradition.
